That's it! Donald Duck's 1934 Belchfire Runabout (aka "313"), which reportedly borrowed components from other fictional automobiles. The iconic car made its first appearances in 1937-38.

I like the fake "make" names in the cartoon -- Mixwell, Dudge, Paclac (a cross between Packard & Cadillac?). But I'd say that "Dudge" body looks closer in vintage to '32 than '22.
