As far as l know it seems to have 2 forms with kinda "fastback" tail or traditional "wagon" tail.
this one is probably the "fastback" tail one ,or it can be called as "411 saloon"

The VW 411 certainly was the base for the puzzle car, but this is a special one with a completely different name.
