The K-D was designed by Margaret E. Knight and AM (Beatrice) Davidson, and featured a sleeve-valve 6-cylinder engine. The bodywork was created by coachbuilders Moore and Munger of New York. The car displayed at the Boston Automobile Show had a $6,000 price tag, and is believed to be the only K-D built.
