Easy to establish the year - behind the Cunningham are two of the works Jaguar C-types which failed spectacularly.  Paranoid about the supposed speed of the new Mercedes gullwing coupes Jaguar designed a very aerodynamic body which unfortunately caused overheating. In fact the Mercedes were very nearly beaten by the old Talbot of Pierre Bouillon (Levegh), but that's another story.
