What's this nice little car ?

Yes it is a Hinstin type CCO as far as I know, a point for you.

According to Georgano, the Hinstin was based on the SUP cyclecar. Jacques Hinstin ordered 700 chassis from SUP, and apparently sold all of the cars. He had been involved with Andre Citroen's gear-building business, so maybe his connection with Citroen gave him credibility in the marketplace. Hinstin ended production in late 1923/early 1924 after the 700 cars had been sold, but some ex-SUP employees assembled some more cars until 1928.
