It is an ambulance for the municipality of Horgen-Zurich.
Unfortunately, the brochure does not name the coachbuilder...

According to information from the FBW Club, the vehicle was built in 1932 by Carrosserie A. Wyss in Wetzikon.

There was a FBW Typ F ambulance with Wyss body built in 1932 which even still exists, but that was built for the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft in Hinwil, chassis number 753. The puzzle car is from 1933 done by a different coachbuilder.

The FBW register book features the original picture which was the base for the brochure graphics, the chassis number, the date of build and the coachbuilder for this very Horgen ambulance.
