Point for you!
This vehicle is thought to be one of only 15-20 built in Agen by a company named Ache Frères, or Hache & Lassougade (it is not clear), and one of only two or three that still survive. It has a single-cylinder 6HP De Dion engine; it has been restored and taken part in a number of historic car races around Europe. It resided in Reus in North-East Spain until recently, but it was auctioned a couple of months ago and I don't know if it has been taken somewhere else.
