I found out that the company Merrall Brown was in Bolton. It existed from 1919 to 1921. It Produced three-wheeled vehicle and four-wheeled 8-10hp model 10hp during this time.

Okay, that's it. It's a Merrall Brown 10hp, the final iteration of the MB light car and the first with four wheels
