Was this product made by Kamei ?

To my best knowledge no.

I googled the product name I have in combination with Kamei and did not get even one reasonable hit.

So you only know the product name, not the company behind it ?

Yes.

Of course I tried to find out, buit I could not find it - the name is used so often by modern companies, that I was not able to trace this thing back.

On the other hand there is a chance to guess this obvious name... ;)

Motorschutz ?

Leave out the "r" at "Motor" and we got the first word.

The second part is also not a German word.
It is also internationally known and very related to the purpose of this product.
