Pinin Farina did a lot of advanced work just before and just after WWII.

Do you think Pinin Farina built 2 examples of this car? Or perhaps it was modified slightly and repainted after the war?

I think it's the same car. This very Aprilia was bodied in 1940 and in 1946-'47 the Pinin Farina design was much more modern then that.
