Do you know this nice car? I don't! ;D
For one point, please identify this car.
Experts?
Obviously someone's attempt to build his own Lamborghini Miura in his garage. You really have to admire the amount of work that went into it, even if the result is not the most aesthetically pleasing vehicle. Let the search begin.
Yes,and it's a nice ::) car!
Another picture :
Pros?
The numberplates look swiss?
Based on a VW-Porsche 914?
shot in the dark: DIBA?
Homebuilt Lamborghini Miura replica?
I think so.
The 'site where it's pictured simply says the owner, from Bern in Switzerland, built it himself using a Porsche engine and Alfa Montreal rear-lights (and a few other bits as well I'm sure!) in 1998.
It doesn't mention the owner's name however..

Yes, it's a nice car in my opinion.

Unfortunately :-\
Swiss... is it the notorious Beat Menzi, again?
I don't know who built it, sorry.
Are you still waiting for more info on this one?
I'm not sure there is any more out there..

Everything is possible here! ;)
This car was spotted at the Oldtimertreffen Bleienbach' 2013.
Indices: a Porsche badge on the steering wheel.
Perhaps this could be an attempt to copy the car that Pietro Frua realized in 1971 for Verne Von Heidrich with a Porsche 914/6 base and a half-Miura/half-Maserati style; actually I suppose that rear lights are not Alfa, but Maserati Khamsin's ones. ...a better look suggests me that also those ones are slightly different, perhaps Fiat Dino coupe'?

No, I don't think it looks any thing like the Verne Ben Heyderich Frua VW-Porsche Hispano-Aleman you mention (which I have actually sat in!)
It's definitely a Miura lookalike and it's been established it's based on a Porsche 914, as well as where it was built.
The only bit missing is the builder's name, which I believe Joao doesn't know either!

I keep searching.
No results ..

''The owner was not very friendly, but he told me that used a lot of Porsche parts and was registered as a Porsche 2.0...''

not from Dino Coupè
sorry my fault: 2000 has different rear lights from 2400
Almost two weeks ago I walked past this car and thought this puzzle was solved long ago :)
This one is really interesting.
They called it "Porsche 911 2.0 Targa Designstudie", its basis was a stock 1965 Porsche 911 Coupé.
It seems to be one of three Porsche 911 concepts of the automotive engineering dept. at the University of Aachen.
One of those is the 911 HLS Klapp-Porsche we had here before:
http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2015-44/sac897-porsche-911-hls/msg352521/#msg352521
Its name is simply "Porsche 911 Targa Designstudie".
According to the leaflet, the RWTH Aachen was responsible for this design and the car has been sold to Switzerland in 1968.
Let me be the first to write:
this is why I love Autopuzzles!!

Yep. Saw it as well and same as Grob thought it was already solved long ago.. what a bold Miura rip off!
I was reading about it last night in the latest issue of Classic & Sportscar and was going to proudly solve it this morning - beaten to it!
