No. In Southern France. I don't know if the company still exists as such or not, their website and social media accounts are still up but have not been updated in a while.

According to what I've read, this car, designed for Group CN, has not actually been raced. Its makers, based near Alès, had a project for a second car, the TA02, and they tried to crowdfund it through Indiegogo, but the campaign fell well short of its target. Raffer's Twitter and FB accounts have been silent for months now.
