Well found.
This is one of the last models that the Velie company produced before the demise of its founder Willard Velie in 1928, and the company itself in 1929.
Here is the unedited puzzle picture. I find it curious that, given the company's ties to John Deere (Velie was grandson of Deere and his cars were sold through Deere's dealers for the first few years), this unit is painted in colours that are highly reminiscent of the traditional John Deere green and yellow. I don't know if that's original or if it was painted like this later.
