It is indeed! This is the second version of this electric car, presented in 2013, after a first version with a radically different styling had been shown in 2011. I thought it was very weird that they were badged PSA instead of Peugeot or Citroën, I can only guess that maybe they were trying to follow the mold of the GM EV1. Frustratingly, nothing seems to have come of these prototypes; PSA still has a lot of catching up to do to be able to compete with Renault in the electric car market.
