Is it Trevor Taylor in the Shannon-Climax SH1.If so it is the 66 British GP at Brands and that is the legendary Godiva engine.

Quite right, sir. Built by Aidan Jones and Paul Emery and, as you say, using an old Coventry-Climax Godiva engine from 1955-ish which had been bored out to 3-litres. Apparently Paul Emery had it lying around at the back of his workshop - who knows where he got it from!

The car lasted less than 1 lap. Trevor Taylor deserved better than that. The car was eventually used in Formula 3 .
