Who built this car?
Sorry but I've been a bit busy so couldn't do any research in bookcase or memory.

Easy now for the Pros.
The car was driven by some Bruce at the Lord Howe Race Track in Kelvin near Johannesburg, South Africa. Still looking for his family name.

I don't know his full name either! It was H W Bruce, and he won the 1937 Silver Springbok Trophy at Johannesburg.
You have clearly identified the car, and that's good enough for me. One point to you.
