This is obviously a CGI representation, but the car exists and I've seen it. What is it?

Yes - made in the UK.

Has the car been produced under a manufacturer who makes a lot of cars, or is it a one off creation?

The manufacturer makes only a small amount of cars each year, and this model is made to order. I don't know how many have been made and sold, but it won't be many.

Is it a hommage to an older car?

Very much so.

I got it! Its a Gardner Douglas G70 Moda. Its hard to look at that with a roof on it. Threw me off completely.

Yes - well solved. I deliberately selected a rear view of the car because the frontal aspect was clearly all T70.
I think this grey car may have been the demonstrator I saw on their stand at the Goodwood Revival.  What a road car!
