I don't think so. The photo was taken from an online page about this marque and French motor racing in general.

I found a few french websites but ony one had this same picture. Is this racer the Le Bourguignon F Belorgey?

My French dates back to 1969 so it's a bit rusty, but I think that caption means M. Belorgey is from Burgundy - maybe he's the driver.

Neither of those names relates to this car I'm afraid.

So there is a website where i found the car but I cant access it. So I guess someone else will have to find some info or find some way to hack my way through it.

The car is widely mentioned on the internet and I found numerous images and  website entries. It would help if you worked out which formula it raced in...........

It's an Elina formula France from 1968 and financed by Jean Pierre Beltoise

Power was of course the Renault R8 Gordini. The car was named Elina after Beltoise's late wife.
