Yes it is, and you have earned another point. For some reason a search using "Phillips" doesn't bring up an earlier puzzle, but I think it was this car in a different form at Le Mans.

George E. Philips of Enfield in his 1250cc MG finished 7th in the Leinster Trophy in 1948, the last time the Leinster Trophy was held at the Tallaght circuit.
