Not electric.
I have 6 pictures, builder's name and an approx year. That is all.
It's a selfbuilt project car.
I will know more soon.

That is a 4-cylinder engine.  Is it from a snowmobile?

I don't know. I think I read it was a Porsche unit, but now I'm not that sure anymore...
