It is indeed the "Ukrainian Sports Car No.1", or N1 for short, by Askaniadesign, a design studio based in Zaporizhia, presented in 2014. It doesn't appear to have gone any further than this full-scale model.

This is the sports car designed by Askaniadesign studio in Ukraine, and a repost of https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2017-47/monty158/, though in that thread I puzzled the full scale model instead of the 3D virtual model, and they look a bit different from each other.

I searched "Askania" but not "Askaniadesign", hence it didn't appear to be a repost.

Point for you anyway as you identified it (and it wasn't obvious as the render is rather different from the mock-up).
