Is it Fiat 1100 (MM) based ? Assuming that it 's not from Italy because you ask where it is from.....

So it is a Fiat 1100 MM in Ethiopia, what more information do you need ? I have found the puzzle photo on the net but it doesn't state that the car was made in Ethiopia, only that it was raced by Franco Zanussi.
