Hispano-Argentina D3 Criollo 150hp

Locked for you! That is the name and specification of this car's engine. However, the chassis belongs to a different vehicle. And the car is known by a specific nickname. If you do an image search with the very same words you posted, you will get at some pictures from an english-language page that will give you all the information.

Hispano Suiza truck chassis

Well, I'll call this one solved and award the point. I transcribe the story of the car as published on Prewarcar by Guillermo Iacona:
"In 2008, Guillermo Paleo and Guillermo Iacona found an Hispano Argentina engine mounted on a Hispano Suiza truck chassis, brought to Argentina by Carlos Ballester Molina (founder of Hispano Argentina), as well as a large amount of information on the factory, such as photos, blueprints, invoices, etc. The chassis, is an Hispano Suiza truck and had a D3 150 HP engine mounted, as well as an Hispano gear box. After learning about the projects of Engineer Ballester Molina and his record car, we decided to build an aerodynamic car similar to those designed by Fortunato Francone on an Hispano. Francone's project had an interesting line, still seen today. Among the notes and letters of Engineer Ballester Molina on the car, he mentioned the reliability and excellence of the engine. He also referred to how unfriendly the car's driving could be. Therefore, after driving the car for the first time and recalling the engineer's words, we gave the car the name of "El Chúcaro" (Brave horse). We dedicated our effort and quite a long time in order to accomplish this Project, trying to rebuild the car resembling the enthusiasm of a true enterprising such as Carlos Ballester Molina."
Below is the unedited puzzle picture and a couple more.
