LOCKED for luisps.

Most of your information is correct.

When and where was the Martin Scootamobile built?

(Most publications from the year this vehicle was built, indicate the name is SCOOTAMOBILE, not SCOOTMOBILE)

Point awarded to luisps.

Some records indicate Mr. Martin built 3 of these vehicles.  The first two had bodies of aluminum/magnesium, the last one was a more conventional steel build.  But that third vehicle also weighed more than the original claimed 150 pounds.
