I could have sworn it was a licensed Austin from Slovenia - then Yugoslavia.  Did some summer holidays there ....

It's an IMV 2200 made in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. longtom was on the right track with his reply, since IMV was the company that used to build licensed Austins.
