No point for naming the Fiat 126 base car, but for an easy point, who built this?

Seems to be a twin of the German 126 Pop convertible.

Yes, it looks like the German Pop 126, but was built in Italy using some alloy body parts, with 100 examples made, and sold through a selection of local Italian Fiat dealers (though I'm not sure if these had Fiat's official approval or not).
