This seems to be another of those puzzles where, even with the full and complete answer, Google UK won't pull up this car...

There is no image of this car available to Google's webcrawlers, so a Google image search would be worthless regardless of your location. In fact, I am only aware of one online mention of this car -- made by me and a friend on another forum several years ago. One must be registered and logged in on that forum in order to view the accompanying images. That said, our posts can be found rather quickly by applying the right terms to a standard Google text search.
