it is a Smartilette. An A110 lookalike based in a Smart
This one is a Romanian Alpine
Romanian? Are you sure? To my knowledge the a110 was made under license in Bulgaria, Spain and Brazil. I am certain that the picture Djetset 919 used is not a real a110, the separate Smart instrument clusters are clearly visible under the windscreen. Made by Quelet Composite. I attached the original picture.
The Renault 12 was produced under the name DACIA in Romania. Along with these a small run of Alpine cars were produced.

Anyway, a point to the intriguingly-named Djet66 (always good to find another Matra Djet fan!) and welcome to AutoPuzzles.
This wonderfully inspired Puzzle car is indeed the new Smarlinette, created in France by Philippe Chalot of Quelet Composite. As the ex-owner of both an Alpine A110 Berlinette and Smart Roadster Coupe, this car really appeals to me, and I'm already saving the 16,500 Euros to buy one ;)
Oh, and BTW, outside of France, the Alpine Berlinette was also built in Spain (by FASA-Renault), Bulgaria (Bulgaralpine), Mexico (Dinalpin) and Brazil (Willys Interlagos), but to the best of my knowledge it was never produced in Romania.
You are right Alpine was never assembled in Romania
