This vehicle won first place at a local car show during 2016, possibly in Florida.  It is completely home built, and the owner welded up the frame himself.  It uses a T-28 stick for steering, rudder pedals are brakes, etc.  The engine is a 454 Chevy V8.

Well, that is all correct, but not enough to award a point or to lock it for you - keep digging...

Rat rod made completely out of T-28 parts at Trudeau Warbird Enterprises in Punta, Gorda FL.
The body is made out of non-airworthy skins and it's controlled by a stick and the airspeed is determined through a pitot tube in the nose.
"Jamie Trudeau, an aircraft restorer, had a lot of aircraft parts laying around so he decided to use them to build this P-40 Warhawk inspired machine. Most of the aluminum was taken from a T-28 Trojan and was fabricated by Jamie himself"
