In theory it could be used for anything. I think in this case, "used agriculturally" as from a previous question, I think is the best way to describe it.

IMO the vehicle is made from a car or truck made into a grass cutting machine, it has a mould board fitted for lining the grass swath or other crops.
Interesting  that it is fitted with a truck rear axle.
May be Chrysler.

You're not wrong! It might well be that this particular one was made for the specific job of grass cutting or similar, but the manufacturer made them for more generic agricultural applications. Indeed, it is made from a car.

It is not, however, a Chrysler.

Citroen?
Not likely.
The source does not mention the actual mechanics. Sorry.

In fact, the previous comment of "truck axle" is correct and might lead to the solution. The right question to ask is "why would they use a truck axle?"

Yes, it is that. One of a couple of makers of autotraktors. Even in Liechtenstein there were more makers. Maybe something for a combo-puzzle later.

The source does not reveal the exact mechanical components, but talks about taking a second hand car (relatively cheap), some truck parts (rear axle, gears) and combine them such that you have - thanks to the extra gears - low gearing for agricultural work and high gearing such that you can drive up to quite a high speed on the road (in fact illegal, but "allowed"). Kaiser was relatively successful and made in the hundreds. The company still exists and makes very special construction equipment machinery.
