Fellow Autopuzzlers, for a point please tell me the name of this car and when it was made (according to its creator).
Happy New Year!

according to my source it was Zoran Milosavljevic Zoya,a mechanic from the village Kusiljevo at Svilajnca. He built three vehicles, one vehicle was named Tristac  it was reminiscent from the 30s,one vehicle had a fiat body?

Yes, this is good enough for the point. Zoran Milosavljević Zoja built three vehicles, this one is apparently the first of them, built in 1989 and named simply after himself, the Zoja. It uses a Fiat (I assume Zastava-built) 1300 cc engine. It was used for local weddings throughout the 90s.
