The Concept X was presented in 2017 as a scale model. According to Perodua, the car was not specifically meant to preview any upcoming model, but was merely supposed to be a demonstration of the in-house design team's skills. Nevertheless there was speculation that the replacement for the Perodua Alza, which has been in production since 2009, may incorporate some design cues from this Concept.

I'm pleased it was never put into production. The driver and passengers would have quickly grown bored with having to enter and exit via the windows, as there seem to be no doors!
