Is it meant to be used by a fire brigade ?
I don't think so. I have very little information about it really, other than its name and the kind of engine it would use.
I'm really wondering what is the use of such a weird vehicle !
I assume it's not meant to be powered by an internal combustion engine ?
It is not an ICE, no. Nevertheless, there would be combustion going on. I don't know if the strange shape of the vehicle is related in any way to its proposed mechanicals or not.
Powered by a gas turbine ?
Not a gas turbine.
Powered by a fuel cell ?
Not a fuell cell. It's a system that requires combustion.
Steam powered ?
Yes, steam is involved, but it's not a traditional steam engine.
Steam turbine ?
Powered by steampunk :lmao:

Steam turbine ?
Not a steam turbine. This engine does not use pressurized steam, but low-pressure vapour.
Fibonacci ATV
Hiawatha wins the point! The Fibonacci ATV is a concept vehicle that appears in the website of American inventor Merton Pekrul, as a possible application for his Fibonacci engine, a rotary steam engine. I have no idea why the design is so weird, there is no explanation on the site. Anyone interested in learning more about this engine can visit http://www.fibonaccimotors.com/ (I figure there's no harm in posting the link because no information for any other puzzles can be gleaned from the site)
