Is it the novel electric Anti-Safety Mobile, designed for anarchic ****-safety types, or for those with suicide in mind? It seems as if every single safety law (or just common sense) has been entirely dispensed with!  ;D ;D

Yes, that's right! It is the Paxster. Though its manufacture has now been oficially spun off into a new, separate company, it was developed by an older company that also makes other automotive products. Tell me its name to complete the answer and secure the point. Locked of course.
