Yes, it's based on a Paykan. I'm afraid I don't think this is enough for a lock now, since with the clues given so far, the Paykan connection was the logical next step.

It is called ""persian Golf" or "Paradise Golf" and was built in Isfahan by Mohammad Reza Fadawi.
