Fellow Autopuzzlers, for a point please tell me the name of this vehicle and what companies are behind it.
Don't be naughty! Stay away from Google Search by Image, kids.

French ?
University project ?
Made by a company known for other vehicles ?
Is this the CyCab autonomous cyber car, created in France by INRIA (roughly translated as the National Institute of Research of Information and Automation in English I think)?
CityMobil.
Edit : found it while Djetset was writing his answer obviously...
Wow that was a close race! Just seconds between the replies...
INRIA is one of the companies I was looking for, which developed this vehicle jointly with another. CyCab, however, is the name of a different INRIA vehicle. This one has been known by two different model names. Locked for Djetset to provide the other company and at least one of the model names.
(CityMobil, BTW, is the name of a broad project about development of autonomous mobility solutions for cities, financed by the EU. The puzzle vehicle has been used within the CityMobil project, along with others)
Thanks for the Lock Monty, and wow, this is a confusing one, as it seems that a number of other companies and institutions also have a share and an interest in this project (along with the CyBus and CyCab, as also pictured here).
So, is the other name you are looking for IMARA/RITS (Robotics and Intelligent Transportation Systems)(IMARA later became RITS), or NTU of Singerpore, Mines ParisTech and/or Lagadic?! ???
CyBus is one of the model names I wanted. The other one was CyberCab, which was the initial name of the first prototype(s?) built in 2000, later changed to CyBus for subsequent units.
I will end your agony by telling you that the other company is Yamaha. The vehicle is apparently derived from a Yamaha electric golf cart.
The point is yours!
