This would be the Tamo C-Cube. By the same people who thought up the sporty little Tamo Racemo.

Yes indeed. The C-Cube was actually the first car of the short-lived Tamo brand, as it was presented in India a few weeks before the unveiling in Geneva of the stillborn Racemo, but it received little attention from Western media.
