To help massively:

there is a relation to Darracq and their LSR engines.

I have not found a photo proof of this design though...

Looks like:

Year: 190X
Special features: two motors, one at each end (perhaps 4WD as well)
Intended purpose: Land speed or other record attempt (but wheels are too small, no?)

La Roche 180 H.P. "Comet Number 1" (1904-05). Most likely created by U.S. Darracq importer F. A. La Roche Company of New York City as a proposed design for a LSR car featuring a pair of Darracq engines.
