So I had found a photo of this exact truck with a russian subtitle that read

"Variant of a hooded tractor based on a new family of MAZ-6430 motorhomes"

And after doing some searching on the MAZ-6430, apparently, this is a version of that truck but with a hood attachment to make it look more like a truck. I still don't know if this version with the hood has a name yet, but i believe i've taken the right trail. Below is a photo of a MAZ-6430 without a hood attachment. You can notice some similatities.

On that same forum I found the photo, another user posted this:

"This picture I saw back in 2001 on the wall of the designers [office at] the plant. [When I was] deputy. Chief Designer said: That this will not happen - MAZ hood trucks does not plan to produce, it's only the imagination of our designers."

So this can lead me to believe that this is only merely a concept and in no way a real truck, but just a design study to show what a MAZ would look like if it had a hood attached to it.
