Yes it is. That's all I asked, so the point is yours (I guess you knew where you'd seen it before!).

It's a factory design, but nobody seems to know why - the photo was taken at practice for the 1959 Coupe de Vitesse at Rheims, which was a very fast circuit, so surely a fully-enclosed body would have been better? The driver on that occasion was "Wal Ever", the pseudonym of Walter Breveglieri)

I know exactly where you mean.  I remember the car being discussed, but don't recall any photos.
