It is Alvis-based, yes!
But not a TC21.
Locked fo ryou to look into.

The website I found it on was evidently short on facts.It is actually built around a 1961 Alvis TD21 Series 2 chassis & powered by a 350bhp 5.7 litre small block Chevy V8 mated to a Muncie 4‑spd manual transmission.

That's right, yes.
Hence the only 2 questions I could ask were what it was based on and what powered it..  I tried to find out who built it but without success.  It was probably Alvis-powered from when it was built in 1969 until 2008 when it was fitted with the V8.
