By the way, this was the shortest search I have ever done for an autopuzzle where I did not already know the answer. Total search time < 3 seconds. :)

I am not sure what additional name you are looking for. The article describes the build as being headed by Graeme Collins, as named in my original post. To carry out the dirty work, Mr. Collins employed mechanic Nathan Tester, fabricator Nick Locke and panel beater/painter Jamie Pollard.

I had it as a Graeme Collins & Nick Locke, but the name is just Mr Graeme Collins. You were originally right, Sorry about that
