You don't understand my point, if you descide to lock, you can do that. There is a way in this system thay you lock it for one specific person, if that is done correctly I could not have replied! When I can reply it is not locked!

It isn't possible to place a physical lock on a puzzle so that only a particular puzzler can reply.
It's only possible to lock a puzzle by saying that it's locked for 'whoever it is'; everyone else has to respect that lock and not post a reply.
