Looks like a formula ford, I thought it was taken at last years revival meeting but the only number 60 listed was an e-type fhc which this certainly isn't

Not a Formula Ford, and I don't think this car has ever been entered at Goodwood.

That's it! Rome American Engineering were the makers. I can't find much about it - the Hodges book mentions an earlier front-engined car and one of these cars definitely raced in the USA.
