It's a 37-41 American Austin Bantam Autocalesa Jitney photographed in Manila. It was distributed by Bachrach motor company but they don't seem to have done the coachbuilding. Sarao is the only coachbuilder i can find mentioned who were also responsible for the later Jeepneys.
