Stopped by a road safety inspector, Mr and Mrs Brown-Woodlow looked quizzically at the uniformed man as they were asked about 'child car seats', 'seat belts', 'unguarded drive chain' and 'no apparent braking system', among many others. Mr Brown-Woodlow had no idea of any of these things.
It turned out that they and their car and baby had unknowingly slipped between time zones. :o :-\
