Thanks for your 20000th post Pal!
I thought that was the best chance yet as they launched their electric car in 1949, around the time your puzzle must be dated, but didn't make very many of them. They are now a major automotive parts manufacturer, so everything seemed to fit.
I haven't been able to find any other cars on all the sites about Japanese car makers which were made around that time but didn't last and their maker is now a parts manufacturer so good luck to all..
the company has been the subject of a puzzle before :)
20,000 posts - wow I did not notice :)! Thank you

Electric Vehicle by Teikoku Electric Manufacturing Co. (Imperial Electric Co) 1949 Japan
indeed, a companion to this one:

(Sorry, I was a bit cheeky with this one :))
I never thought somebody would copy a Wendax WS 750: ;D
I'm amazed you managed to get this one Oguerrerob.
I googled and yahooed endlessly for Japanese cars and Japanese electric cars from this period without this showing up.
Even with the full answer I cannot get any mention or pictures of this car or evidence of its existence!
So how did you manage to find it? Google produces nothing whatever apart from a small electric truck-like vehicle.
You need to google in Japanese to find this one :)
When the electric japanese cars started to appear as a puzzles, I collected whatever I've found. Thanks for the point
