Talbot-Darracq
Talbot piloted by Albert Divo at the Grand Prix de Penya-Rhin on October 21, 1923. Designed and engineered by Vincenzo Bertarione and Walter Becchia.
Edit: I see that Fёdor stated "Talbot-Darracq" above. This car very well could have worn a "Talbot-Darracq" badge, so feel free to award the point to Fёdor if appropriate.
Here is a better look at this machine, as driven by Divo in the Coupes des Voiturettes at Le Mans on September 23, 1923:
Though Fedor was the first one, both of you get a point for your efforts. But in the future please look at the list of answers before you submit yours :)! Thank you
Thanks for the point
I'm confused. In 1923 would it have been a Talbot or a Talbot-Darracq?

William Court reckons Talbot-Darracq, but Georgano points out in his encyclopedia that the name changed according to the country in which the cars were racing. He also says the general rule was that if the engine was under 1500cc it was always just Talbot. This voiturette would have been 1100cc, so presumably it's a Talbot.
Yes, it was a Talbot. I did not have time to reply to Fedor before the even more detailed reply has arrived
