Well it wears its engine across rather than along the chassis and there is no visible drive to the rear so it must be front-drive. Looks as if 1910-1920 dates would fit.

It is a bit younger than that and you missed something very important :)

Perhaps that large round lump is a dynamo and it's a petrol-electric car.
