I think that Choppertrain may be right; I haven't found better pictures of X26 that could get every doubt away, but quiz car seems quite little to me to be a 38cv. In 1911 such a power was mostly reserved to limousine and 7 passengers tourer.
Anyway, it's a pleasure to discover among the Rookies someone like Choppertrain who shares with us the excitement of digging in car history.

What do you suggest, should I move it to solved or black hole?

I tlhink I'd move it to Solved, since the marque has been identified.
It's virtually 5 years now and no-one has been able to add the model name so I doubt whether putting it into the Black Hole would elicit any further response and I think it would spend the rest of its life there!
